Now, we’re excited to welcome even more women into this journey. Introducing W-Yoga International, a class created especially for women from around the world living in São Paulo, guided by our French-Brazilian teacher, Mariana Pinard. The magic of W-Yoga is now available in English, French, and Spanish — because empowerment knows no language barrier. Yes, W-Yoga is going global — and we’re committed to making this experience as accessible as it is powerful, while keeping the soul and quality that make W so special.

About teacher Mariana Pinard

Mariana Gilioli Pinard is a French-Brazilian yoga teacher trained in Restorative Yoga for Women and Vinyasa in Mexico, and in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar in India. She also completed a specialized training with Kayla Nielsen, focused on the pedagogy of yoga teaching.

She brings a rich and diverse background, having taught students of all levels — from beginners to advanced — including seniors and travelers, in countries like Peru, France, Thailand, Indonesia, and Mexico. She has also led online programs for a Brazilian audience.

Mariana comes from a circus arts background, with training in aerial dance at the National Circus School of Châtellerault, and in contemporary dance and movement at the National School of Dance and Drama in London.

Her approach to movement includes somatic education, inspired by Thomas Hanna’s model, which deepens body awareness and internal listening. She’s also passionate about the Klauss Vianna technique, which continues to influence her exploration of movement through contemporary dance — always seeking new ways of perceiving and expressing through the body.

In her classes, Mariana offers a practice that honors the cyclical nature of the female body, integrating balance, breath, and presence. Her work invites each woman to cultivate a deeper, more intuitive connection with her own body.
